Stage 5: Photocatalyst Filter

Photocatalytic oxidation is a strong purification process that breaks down a wide variety of VOC's, gases and other harmful chemicals (such as formaldehyde, benzene, carbon monoxide, ammonia, etc) into safer compounds like carbon dioxide and water helping it get captured easier by the air purifier.

Stage 6: 2 UV-C Sterilization Germicidal Lamps

Stage 7: Ion Generator

An awesome feature is the "sleep mode' that the Advanced Air Zephyr XXL Air Purifier offers. When enabled at night the display panels LED lights dim. Next the fan will lock in its lowest setting so it does not kick into auto mode and increase throughout the night, giving you a quiet and peaceful nights rest. After sleep mode is deactivated, the other settings that were previously on will resume (such as auto mode).
